Fargo/Moorhead Convention and Visitors Bureau: Always Warm

When we developed the new positioning for the Fargo-Moorhead Convention and Visitors Bureau, we started with a popular misperception about Fargo-Moorhead: that it’s always cold. Nothing could be further from the truth.

Feedback to the FMCVB staff confirmed that visitors to the community describe Fargo-Moorhead as one of the warmest metro areas in the nation. The people are warm, friendly and welcoming to visitors. The new positioning, “Always Warm,” has been a great conversation starter for the FMCVB. The organization’s new messaging, look and website explains many different situations when visitors experience the warmth of Fargo-Moorhead.
